Cosmic Vinyaters, El Teu Mar 2023 Sylvaner with a warming nose ofCosmic Vinyaters is a 10 year old project in Catalunya led by the lovely Salvador Batlle Barrabeig. The wines are incredible pure, fresh and crunchy while being clean and precise. We are super excited to be working with Salvador and to present the new vintages. El Teu Mar is a blend of all the Grenache and Carignan colours, a true representation of the the Banyuls terroir. Half the grapes undergo carbonic maceration whereas the other half macerate for
